We are NOT able to add the attachment in Draft and New state

Hi All,

I am NOT able to add the attachment in Draft and New state, I have getting error like invalid attachment, and I am able to be attached attachment In-Triage state.

HI @sayaliwakch,

when you record is in Analysis state and you cannot attach files - have you tried more extensions? Txt, jpg, pdf, png, docx, ....

Also, does it happen to all users or just some?

If a document cannot be attached in Analysis state, can you attach the very same file in another state?

Try to verify this, it will give you idea whether it is an issue with the document or the state.. and then you can search for solution accordingly.

Tips:

• what file types are (not) allowed?
• same for all users?
• same file attached in different states
