Hi All,
We are using Qualys Integration Module in SN. One of the Integrations runs "Qualys Knowledge base (Backfill)" is failing with the following error: Encountered error running the integration. Error: Invalid XML response body received from Qualys
The other integrations including "Qualys Knowledge Base" are running successfully. So that tells me this is not credentials or permissions issue. What would be a good place to troubleshoot this error ?

Hey there,
Do you know if you are using v8 or v9 of the Qualys App in your ServiceNow instance?
I would recommend you open a ServiceNow HI Support Ticket (if you have not already); there is a very good chance that this may be a known issue and HI Support can get you moving forward.

We ran into the same problem and error message with a Qualys integration. The root cause in our case was that XML was not a supported attachment extension on the instance. To resolve:
1. Go to 'sys_properties.LIST' and open the 'glide.attachment.extensions' property
2. In the Value field, add 'xml' separated by a comma
3. Re-run the integration

Hello,
I am also facing the same issue for "Qualys Knowledge base (Backfill)", it would be great if you could share the solution provided.
Thanks in advance!
