XML Parsing Error for Qualys Knowledge base integration run

Hi All,

We are using Qualys Integration Module in SN.  One of the Integrations runs "Qualys Knowledge base (Backfill)" is failing with the following error: Encountered error running the integration. Error: Invalid XML response body received from Qualys

The other integrations including "Qualys Knowledge Base" are running successfully.  So that tells me this is not credentials or permissions issue.  What would be a good place to troubleshoot this error ?

I am facing the same issue. Could you please share the solution provided.

 

Pls ensure you are using the latest version of the Qualys app. That was one of the solutions.

For us it turned out to be a security issue. The logs indicated that a few set of IPs were being blocked. After adding those IPs to the Qualys whitelist, the integration worked.
