Yes No Outcome Activity Defenition in Playbook

Hello There,

Its regarding creation of playbook in SIR.

In Process Automation designer we have an activity to add, I have added the "Yes No outcome" activity definition and I want the result like below.

Question - Is there any impact?

If user click "Yes" it should go to next step, if user clicks "No" the stage should automatically moves to Review state. How can I do this in PAD.

Awaiting for the answers!

Thanks in Advance!

If user clicks "No" the stage should automatically moves to Review state:

You will want to configure the Contain/Eradicate/Recover lane's run condition to be Is there any impact? > Outputs > Outcome > is > Yes so if No it skips and goes straight to Review.

If user click "Yes" it should go to next step:

You will want to set the next activity in the lane to run if Outcome is Yes.

Hey there - on your PAD Playbook, you need to specify the "Run Condition" on your step.

For example - if Step 4 is a Outcome based (Yes / No) flavor - the following Steps that you want to kick off depending on the value, needs to have it's Run Condition (trigger) aligned.

In the previous step, called "Is this a false positive" - do you use the activity called "Yes No Outcome - ESCM Activity"? I try to do that, but when I test the process in PAD I do not get any clickable options for "Yes" and "No". It looks like the screen shot below. Do you have any suggestions for how I can fix that, so that I can select "Yes" or "No"?

Hey there,

Yes - that is the activity.

What happens if you publish the PAD process, and view it in the SIR Workspace?

I did try testing the process in PAD, and selected "SIR Playbook Experience" - the [Yes/No] appeared - did you do the same?
