duplicate unmatched CI creation from qualys on CMDB for Vulnerability response

Hello All,
We have VR in place.
We see that there are duplicate of the CI being created as unmatched CI.
Why is this happening and how could we prevent it ?

yes the ID in xml for both duplicate are same

HI @IceIronDragon,
this looks like an issue coming from the in-use CI lookup rules or inconsistent, dynamic ci data.
Do you have any information on whether you have the merging functionality enabled on the Qualys side, to merge Qualys scan data per asset ?
