High Vulnerable Items on Services Tab On Vulnerability Management(PA) dashboard not displaying data.

Hi,

I have Vulnerable items with high risk rating (around 92,000). But still High Vulnerable Items On the Services Tab Vulnerability Management (PA) dashboard is not getting populated. Any ideas why this could happen?
On Service Owner Tab , data is getting populated for high risk rating vulnerable items.

Hey there - that is interesting.

> What version of the PA for VR Store App are you using?

 

> When did you start collecting the data with the PA jobs, and when were the Vulnerable Items created - i.e. is this a brand new setup, fresh install?

Those two widgets - technically share the same Indicator Source, but have different Breakdowns (one by Service and the other by Service Owner)... Strange that one is working and the other isn't.

These Widgets are also configured to use Partial Periods (baseline / out-of-box) - so even if the full week has not completed the scores should be visible.

> Did we by chance modify any of the Widget config (i.e. Time Series)?

- It should be set to "By Week AVG +"

> Can you check the Collection Job that is scraping the data for this PA Indicator?

The name of the collection job is -> "[PA VR] Daily Collection for Affected Services".

 

Go to Performance Analytics > Data Collector > Jobs 

 

Open the record for that job, and scroll down to review the [Job Logs] related list - do you see Successful (collected) jobs with counts on them?

Thank you so much for replying.

The job is running without errors and i created a job to collect data from last 2 months . It also completed without errors.

Hey -  that all looks like it is lined up correctly.

 

I wonder if any modifications were done to the Widget itself?  Can you see if the record was modified by someone?

Would suggest throwing in a NOW Support Case to see what is happening here to move forward...
