Remediation owner not able to see IT Remediation workspace in Vulnerability Response.

Hi Community,

Recently we have implemented Vulnerability response. There is an issue with the IT remediation workspace. In ServiceNow docs I can see remediation owner is able to view IT remediation workspace. In my PDI also same is happening. But in my client environment not working as expected. When I impersonated with remediation owner not able to see Remediation tasks and impacted CIs, but able to see preferred solutions. What I need to check. I am sure the user is having remediation owner role.

Hey there,

What version of the VR Store App are you using?

Is the impacted instance using a fresh VR install, or is this an older installation that was upgraded recently?

What specific error are you seeing when you impersonate?
 - Are they seeing a 0, or a specific security warning (screenshot will help)

What <roles> does the user have, which you are impersonating? 
  - Do they have any of these roles:
     - <itil>
     - <sn_vul.remediation_owner>?

The key role the user needs is <sn_vul.remediation_owner> - the user must have this role in this scenario to start with.
