AI Search -Order Guide opens backend form instead of Service Portal

We have enabled AI Search in the Service Portal.

  • When searching and opening a Catalog Item from AI Search results, it opens correctly in the Service Portal view.
  • When searching and opening an Order Guide, it opens in the backend form view instead of the Service Portal.

Question:
Why does AI Search open Order Guides in the backend UI, and how can we configure it so Order Guides also open in the Service Portal view, similar to Catalog Items?
