Date Validation to avoid selection of Weekends

In my catalog item i have two fields start date and end date. My requirement is when the user the Start date then the End date should be auto- populated to the date after 5 days and also the selection should avoid the Weekends. Example:- if the start date is selected as 12.12.2023 then the end date should auto populated to 18.12.2023 (which is the fifth day from the selected start date) by avoid calculating the 16.12.2023(saturday) and 17.12.2023(sunday). Please help me with the correct approach to complete this requirement.
