how to create a catalog item were based on question choice incident or request should be created ?

Did you consider using an Order guide?
Then you can take the user to one Cat Item or record producer with specific requirements (Sorry for the late resonse)

Hello,
We have just done this very exact thing. We have done it with an incident record producer. Based on a option variable, the script in the producer "produces" an incident, or cancel the producer and create from the record producer script the requested item, pretty simple.
