How to hide the Price column in the Request Summary page after submitting a Catalog Item in Service

I have a catalog item in Service Portal. After submitting the request, the Request Summary page displays the following columns:

  • Price (each)
  • Total
  • Total: $0.00

I checked the Catalog Item configuration, including the Pricing section, but I couldn't find any option to suppress these columns. Even when the item has no price configured, the Request Summary page still displays the Price and Total columns.

Hi,

The settings to hide or show the different options is done on the widget options on the Request summary page.

Navigate to Service Portal Configuration
Click to open the Designer tool

Open the Request summary page

Click to edit the options on the SC Order status widget instance.

Deselect the things you don't want to be shown (note that the option applies to all items, not just the ones without a price etc.)

If your requirement is only to hide the price for a specific catalog item, check whether the Omit Price on Cart option is available on the Catalog Item. Enabling this hides the price in the catalog/cart experience.
