In RITM - the second task not accepting staff name

There is some sort of filter on assignment Group/ assigned to that is stopping some user from putting name in and its not showing all her groups, but it still lets her do it if she selects one group

Hi

The system is filtering “Assigned To” based on “Assignment Group.” That’s why the name isn’t showing until a valid group is selected.

Yes , How to resolve this ?

 

Go to the field's dictionary record. You can find it in this table sys_dictionary

And in the dependent field section remove the assignment group. Pasting SS for your reference
