I am using the Service Portal for a Service Catalog form. Previously, my 'Help Text' appeared above the variables. However, after I updated the layout using the Catalog Builder, the Help Text for all my catalog items shifted to appear next to the variables. I need to fix this so it displays below the variables again. Has anyone encountered this situation or knows how to resolve it?

This change is not possible, as it is not a feature supported by ServiceNow. ServiceNow does not provide the capability to modify this.
Out of curiosity, could you please share the origin of this use case? Administrators or developers with the appropriate admin role Only are able to view the highlighted instructions.
