Need to swap RITM stages between Fulfillment and Awaiting User confirmation

In RITM, we have stages 'Fulfillment' and 'Awaiting user confirmation' . In Fulfillment stage (state: Working progress) we are creating sc tasks and completing them. once completion of all tasks we are auto changing stage to 'Awaiting user confirmation' (State: Pending) with Flow.
In 'Awaiting user confirmation' stage, requestor will be have buttons to accept or reject the solution. if requestor rejects it, we are setting back to Fulfillment stage (State: Rejected by user).

At this Stage (Fulfillment stage, State: Rejected by user), Assignee can create tasks if requires and also have Move to Review button and this will set Stage :Awaiting user confirmation' , State: Pending. The process is working fine . 

But the issue is , when we are setting stage from Awaiting user confirmation to Fulfillment, RITM stage shows as Fulfillment (screenshot1) but the flow stage-state shows as  Fulfillment (Completed) [refer screenshot2], I need to show as  Fulfillment (in progress).

I'm adding my flow here (screenshot3 ), Could you please help me with solution how I can swap between these 2 stages.
