I am trying to configure the Amazon CloudWatch connection in AICT, but I am running into the error below.

Has anyone encountered this before, or could someone help me troubleshoot the issue?

It looks like this may be an access issue, as the authentication is failing. Are you using the correct username and password?

If the credentials are correct and you are still unable to authenticate, please log a Now Support case with the team so they can investigate further.
