I am not able to discover resources from Azure SG connector

Hello Experts,

I have setup SG-Azure connector to pull the resources from Azure to ServiceNow. But I am facing some problem after configuring it.

In Schedule import its only able to scan

Subscription, Datacenter and Resource group. In availability zone its not able to find anything so the other imports get failed

The another issue is : One subnet details(10.X.X.X) its successfully able to scan but another subnet what my customer has recently configured (172.X.X.X) not able to scan. What I need to scan this subnet.

Also guide if still I need to configured the native cloud discovery for Azure to get the deep dive discovery or  not?

" In availability zone its not able to find anything so the other imports get failed" - Are you seeing an error in the import set or just zero records? Having no availability sets doesn't present further scheduled imports from running. Customers may not have availability zones setup so it could be a genuine lack of resources.

Great question, Kieran.

Actually no availability zone are discovered by SG-Azure. and one more strange thing is that, which data import running after that, there I can see the data like vm, hardware , resources etc. Not sure how to tackle out this issue.

As per Azure admin, they are managing approx 300+ VMs but I am just able to scan 120+

Has the azure admin provided the read role to the service principal you're using AND added them to each subscription? You may not have all the subscription records brought into SN and therefore are only discovery a subset of resources
