Intune Integration - Computer and Devices Data Source being cancelled

Hi guys,

We currently have an issue with the Intune integration in our current instance, where-in the Software is being processed successfully, However for both Computer and Devices Data sources they are being cancelled immediately once the data source started. Errors attached:
"Please check your credential configuration. Check system log for more details."

However I am wondering is that the Software is using the same credentials.
Is it possible that each data source have different API permission?

Hi,

 

Did you check the necessary permissions have been provided to the credentials which were used for setting up the integration?

The data sources will use the credentials defined via credentials and connections. And the data sources are used to import the data from intune, so please check if the account was setup with required permissions on the intune portal

For API Permissions, I am still in contact with our AAD team to check the API permissions on their side.

I think once the permissions are set, the data sources will import the software installations and end user devices enrolled into intune
