I am using Service Graph Connector with Jamf plugin to integate Servicenow with Jamf. As part of the guided set up configure connection I tried testing the connection. But unfortunately, I got 401 error. I used Client credentials authentication method.
Initially when I tried establishing the connection, I got invalid scope error but later on when I deleted aouth entity scope record then the access token flow generated successfully. but while testing the connection I am getting 401 issues. here is the application registry.
Can Someone please tell what is the issue exactly.
