Listener plugin extension not found for class name sys_rte_eb_definition

I have been trying to load the data using the Base robust transform in the PDI. when i run it, i am getting the error like "Listener plugin extension not found for class name sys_rte_eb_definition".

how can i rectify this error

Hello @raj_123,

1. Check if plugin is available
Go to System Definition → Plugins.

Search for:
Robust Transform Engine (com.glide.etl_engine)
Or Integration Commons ETL.
If it shows up, click Install or Activate.
(Sometimes in PDIs you can’t install it because it’s a paid/enterprise plugin).
