Operating system field is not getting updated to Windows 11 Enterprise for cmdb_ci_computer class

We have Service Graph Connector for SCCM and Intune Configured to gather information of computers devices and Update the cmdb_ci_computer class, earlier operating system these computers were using is Windows 10 enterprise now ,we fetched this data using service graph connectors for SCCM and Intune but now these computer devices are updated to Windows 11 Enterprise OS, there are like 1000 of these computer with updates OS but in servicenow we can only see OS updated  to  only 67 of these computer CI's , remaining CI's are still showing old operating system set to OS field.

All the Service graph connector configuration is OOO.

Few things : 

Which tool is sending OS Data? Intune or SCCM? Do you have any reconciliation in place?

If you have identified the master source of the data, did you check in ETL if the data is coming or not?

Both are configured to bring data; Reconciliation is set up as first priority SCCM then Intune.

Data is also coming from the ETL.

It's a choice field, do you have the option avl on the choice list to choose from? 

Can you share screenshot of the data (one record)  before transformation and after transformation?
