if Name starts with avd- then we need to create or update ci’s in custom class we need to make changes in existing sg-sccm graph connector in Servicenow so please guide us how we can do that I have tried to update rte operations script it is working but we have some custom fields as u_change_approval , support_group and technical owner these are reference fields but not updating custom class
