We have installed Nozomi SGC plugin and tried to pull the assets from Nozomi. We have noticed that the import set does not import all the Nozomi assets in one go. The import set load run time is always 30 mins.
When the scheduled import is executed next time, additional assets are imported into ServiceNow from Nozomi.
We are trying to identify the reason behind this behavior and have below questions:
1. Why the import set load run time is always 30 mins? Is there any maximum timeout period that is set for the import?
2. What is the search query that is used for fetching the assets from Nozomi? Where can we find that?
