Hi Team,
We are encountering an issue in the Service Portal when trying to capture the entire log from a task record. Clicking the "See all text" option to expand the text is unresponsive and does not display the full log. I have shared the screenshot for reference.
This behavior is not occurring for all users—those with elevated access (beyond end-user roles) can view the expanded text without any issues.
Could this be related to a permission or role restriction for end users? Has anyone else faced a similar issue, and are there any known solutions?
