SG-SCCM using multiple SCCM instances to the same ServiceNow Instance

We are running the SG-SCCM connector. We are configuring a second instance of SG-SCCM to a second SCCM instance, but having them report data to the same ServiceNow Instance. According to the SN documentation , this is possible.

The issue is we are getting duplicate Correlation IDs between the two SCCM instance data. We followed the documentation and accordingly, this setup is supposed to create the Correlation ID to be ReesourceID|ConnectionID . This would resolve the duplicate correlation ID because even whenthe ResourceID is the same , by appending the Connection ID , it will differentiate between the two SCCM instances.

We set this up , but both SG-SCCM instances still only populate Correlation ID with Resource ID, thus the potential/probability of duplicates.

Has anyone successfully done this setup ?  Do you have tips / tricks/ gotchas of which to be aware ?

Thanks.

David
