Hi All,
We have a requirement to enable visually impaired users to use ServiceNow without any issues. We have availed the JAWS screen reader application which helps the users with effective text-to-speech conversion or a refreshable Braille display.
I had the below queries regarding this:
1. Does ServiceNow support JAWS?
2. Do we have to enable any plugin or property to allow JAWS?
3. Is there any limitation to the JAWS application support in ServiceNow?
4. Does ServiceNow have other accessibility settings which could be helpful?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
