How can we add more than one user  in the selected user for the email escalation in list view

hello,

To select more than one user you have to create a field of type list then you can select as many users as you want

HI,

As per your screenshot, your "Email Escalation Level 1" is a reference field..so in this type of field you can not select more than one..

To add more than one user, you need to have a different field type i.e., List ..where you can add more than 1 user.

Hi,

you will have to use List type of field as it can hold multiple values.

Remember you can try to convert Reference field to list type but it will lead to data loss.

if system doesn't allow conversion then you need to create fresh list field and

As told earlier given type as list and reference to group .but the assigned to is read only .how can i adding more than one user in list view
