Appointment Booking: How to disable checkmark for "No appointment preference"?

Hi there,

I want to disable the checkmark for "No appointment preference".
How/where can I do this?

I can't find this setting within "Appointment Booking Configuration", nor Appointment Booking related system properties where I could set this up.

Anyone any idea?
