FSM Schedule Entries

In the dispatcher workspace I have created a schedule for an agent which is 8 to 5, after creating the schedule shows as white colored box. Here when I am creating a schedule for 8 to 5. I need to fill the schedule entry also, so when I am filling the schedule entry details there are fields called type and shows as which are choices.

    • When I kept type as none and show as field as free the dispatcher shows me white colored blocks for time period.
    • Also, when I kept type as exclude and show as busy for a time period then time block was greyed out without any name, also allowing me to create the work order task even it is greyed out.

  • Even there no schedule for agent and if I created an any event in dispatcher workspace it is allowing me to assign the task to those agents. But it should not happen in these scenarios.
  • I have checked the product documentation regarding the schedule entry fields regarding type and show as, but I didn't figure it out what choices in type field is considered as included or excluded.
  • If I kept schedule entry type field as time-off, appointment, meeting, phone call and show as field free, busy or any choice I didn't see any changes in the dispatcher workspace it shows white block. So, I didn't know how to figure out this.
