Hi,
i’m trying to trace what is updating approval records (sysapproval_approver ) where the Updated By = system and the state is being set to not_required then cancelled however the record is still active.
- The approval records are being updated while the related record appears to still have Active = true
- However, the Business Rule condition is clearly Active = false
- I cannot find any other Business Rule, Client Script, or obvious trigger calling this function
What are we missing? if we make the business rule inactive, will it resolve this issue?
