Having Issue with 2 Approvals in a Flow

Have a flow that has 2 approvals in it.  Both set up as a group approval and that anyone within the group can approve it.

It was reported to me that the first approval, even when someone in the group approves it - it doesn't show approved.

 

I created a test record, and right after the person "approves", it shows who approved it UNTIL you click SAVE.

Before Save action:

So while the flow is "technically" working as it triggered the 2nd Approval, visually wise it's now showing that way on the tab.

However, if anyone in the 2nd approval approves, that one is showing in the approval tab, but the 1st approval group goes to No Longer Requested

In the History of the RITM, it shows the person who approved but that's the only place

Even weirder, if anyone in the 1st approval group Rejects approval, that shows up just fine and the record is closed incomplete....

So its not really an Flow Failure, its a Visual and Audit view fail.

 

Any suggestions on why this is happening

Hello @terrieb ,

 

Still didn't get what's the issue particularly,

Try Using dynamic approval from toggle script in Ask for approval action :

ApprovesAnyG[group_sys_id,group_sys_id]

 

Also if their any auditing issues, so refer to the auditing history section in related list !
