For some reason since we upgraded to Xanadu in our production instance, staff are no longer able to approve a request on the employee portal. This is only affecting the production instance.
If our test instance, they have that ability:
But in Production instance, it looks like this, no Approve/Reject action:
I checked the roles and the sn_request_read role is in both instances. Works fine in test, but not in prod.
Need this ability to return - any suggestions before I open a support case?
