Automate process of copying an attachment from a request item record to the user record

Hello,

 

I am trying to automate the process of copying an attachment from a request item record (sc_req_item) to a specific user record.  When a specific service catalog item (sc_cat_item) is being filled out and the 'requested for' variable (reference to sys_user table) is identified, how do I automatically copy the attachment from the request item record (sc_req_item) created after submission to the user record ("requested for" value) in ServiceNow?  Note: there is an attachment variable that is required on the service catalog item.
