Automatically create a VTB when an incident becomes a Major Incident?

Is there a way to automatically create a vtb any time an incident is made a Major incident.  Then to automatically add cards for every Incident Task created?

Thanks for sharing more updates. I think VTB will not work, as just imagine 1 card on VTB , also when an MI happen, SN provide the MI workbench, where you can define the task to team , also VTB need to share or you need to add people to access VTB where MI workbench is available as soon as the MI created/ accepted.

Have a look on same as well.

I am just thinking loud, if for evert MI you create VTB , then how many boards will be there if you get 2-3 MI in day.

Thanks for the reply @Dr Atul G- LNG   In our organization MIs are rare and are all hands on deck types of issues.  We might get a 2 or 3 in a week and the expectation is that they take priority over all other work.  The VTB thought is a way for our MI manager and Resolution manager to track who is doing what while the incident is active.  The expectation is that the MI will be completed or have an acceptable work-around within the same day (typically within a 3-4 hour window)  So that VTB should be inactive very quickly.  

We currently have teams using ADO to track individual assignments, but I really want all that held inside of our SN instance.  A VTB provides that same functionality and I want to automate as much of it as possible.  So the Board is createdby automation when the MI is declared.  The MI Manager and Resolution Manager can then create tasks in the incident that then show in the VTB for a quick glance at status and work in progress.

Thank you very much for not adding a "duh!" in your answer!  The workbench provides exactly what we are trying to accomplish with the added advantages of not being a customization and having great oob funtionality.

I have a handprint on my forehead from not looking at the base info first!
