Hi everyone, I'm new to ServiceNow, but I'm familiar with other ITSM tools like Freshservice, SysAid, and SolMan. However, I find ServiceNow to be more complex compared to others.
I have been assigned the task of closing all 1400 request tickets. Can you please guide me on how to do this? Also, keep in mind that I am just a standard fulfiller (agent) user. Please specify the roles I need to accomplish this task so that I can request the necessary permissions from my lead.
I'm also quite lost on what to filter to close this. Is it the Request (REQ), Request Item (RITM), or Task?

I'm hoping you already got an answer to this, but depending on how your roles are set up, you're probably not going to be able to do it yourself.
See if you can view it in a list view and then right click on any column header. If you have an option to Update Selected or Update All, you could do it that way, but since you're not an admin, that may not be available to you.
