CAB Workbench : How to run CAB Reviews quickly when Change Orders Count is High . As an example 250 changes to be discussed within 2 hours.

1) How to cover group of changes in on go or in one group

2) Is there a way we can bucket some changes of particular scope and type etc within the CAB Workbench or CAB Meeting Agenda.

Thanks

Suman

Hi @suman75

Greetings!!

Running a CAB is always challenging, especially when the change count is high. Out of the box, there’s no way to group or club changes of the same nature. The only thing you can do is change the process: try to segregate more, use tags or keywords, or order the changes in a sequence so that if one change is discussed, all similar changes get approved. But practically, this is not feasible.

The purpose of the CAB is to review changes and discuss approvals with the authority. Handling 250 changes in 2 hours is impossible—you need a process improvement here or consider having 2 or 3 CAB sessions.

Hi  Dr Atul G- LNG

Please provide us the way , how to achieve it through screen shots for on how to segregate more, use tags or keywords, or order the changes in a sequence.

Thanks

Hi @suman75

Sorry for the late response. Let me clarify my thoughts again. In the cab workbench, there is no automatic way to create the sequence; this will be a manual process. This means that when you receive the list of changes, you can manually set the order, and the same order will appear in the workbench. You can use the tag to retrieve the changes in the agenda.
