can we print the case form on 8.511 x 11 size paper?

Is there an option to print a case form(in particular view)? Is there any option for 8.5 x11 size paper?

Printing is outside of ServiceNow. You can download or export the case and then print it in any format. The layout (like A4) is not guaranteed.

• No, ServiceNow has no native setting to enforce page size like 8.5 x 11.
• When printing a form using the browser’s print dialog, the page size depends on:
  • your browser settings
  • your printer settings
  • your PDF export settings
• ServiceNow itself does not control or guarantee print size or formatting
