Certification Invalidation

Recently I received an email that after Certification Audit one of the certifications has been invalidated and they have provided me a new Voucher code to retake.

This is not fair, I doubt this is done because I used a Voucher without training. But I have evidence that ServiceNow has exceptionally provided me that voucher (not as part of training).

Please guide me on how to proceed to fix this? I have tried to call them but nor response. Any suggestion from the ServiceNow team?

Anyways, posting to the community forum probably won't help because issuing certification is a matter of ServiceNow. It's be necessary to contact NowLearning by creating a support ticket or emailing them.

That said, how was it possible to obtain a voucher to take an exam without taking training? I think most of us in the community would like to know how this can be done so we can get the voucher too without training.

There was a time, I think 2019 where you did not have trainings back then but you were able to purchase the exam. 

 

Is that right, Camran? was it back in 2019 ?

I have an option to obtain voucher by completing simulator. That is how i had two vouchers..one for the training and other one for the simulator.. but i guess that privileges' is there if your organization is partnered with Snow. However, this is not fair to invalidate based on that.
