Certification Invalidation

Recently I received an email that after Certification Audit one of the certifications has been invalidated and they have provided me a new Voucher code to retake.

This is not fair, I doubt this is done because I used a Voucher without training. But I have evidence that ServiceNow has exceptionally provided me that voucher (not as part of training).

Please guide me on how to proceed to fix this? I have tried to call them but nor response. Any suggestion from the ServiceNow team?

I resolved by re-taking exam to clear. I was provided with a voucher.
