Change Conflict management and impacted services

Hi,

Apologies in advance if this doesn't make sense.

I am wondering what I'm doing wrong, or what I can do so that Conflict detection will show conflicts between the same business service detailed in two changes (in the Impacted Service / CI's tab), but they aren't the primary business in each change, and the Configuration item are different. I have read an article from 2021 that says conflict detection only works based upon what is in the Affected CI's tab, but wondered if there was a work around. This is to assist impact assessors where work is being done on shared CI's.

TIA.

Hi @Community Alums

You need to check OOTB conflict properties
