Change Record Form - recording inbound email from 3rd party system in notes section.....

I have a 3rd party communication system used to communicate Planned Outages.  I wish to have that email notification come inbound to ServiceNow instance and append to the corresponding change record in the notes section, as proof that communication was sent out to users.  Has anyone ever tried this?

Hi @suzishiley 

 

Inbound action will not work like that, if 3rd party reply on same email, which was send by SN first and then if reply then inboud action will update the notes in change.
