Contact self registration without registration code

Hi,

I have a question on how to submit a request without a registration code. I am on Helsinki build - glide-helsinki-03-16-2016__patch1-05-18-2016_06-05-2016_1542

- Customer contact navigates to login page and clicks on the "Registration" link. Below form is displayed to the user —

- As per the product documentation "A customer contact can submit registration request with or without a registration code". If a request is submitted without a registration code or if the code is incorrect, the request is sent to the system administrator, who fills in the account information. Once this information is filled in, the request is sent to the customer administrator of that account for approval.

However, in the above form registration field is mandatory preventing customer contact to submit registration request.

Hi Parag,



Registration code is set to mandatory at dictionary level. To turn off mandatory you need to set mandatory to false for field dictionary. Reference screenshot here.
