Hi all,
I'm relatively new to ServiceNow and I'm trying to create a bar chart report that shows an overview of all my open tickets based on their actual start and end dates. I want the chart to show the number of tickets that fall within specific time ranges. For example, one bar should represent tickets that have a duration of 3 days, showing how many tickets fall into that 3-day period. How do I create this? Thanks!
