Visual on Average time report/dashboard

Hi,

How can I create a visual on the average time to promote/accept a Major Incident ticket from the time the Incident ticket is created? I'm looking to create a report/dashboard for the last 6 months. Please advise if this can be done? I'm currently using the Yokohama instance.
