Hi all,
I want to create a new application called AiS (Acceptance into Service). Within this application i want to create a module / custom table with a UI form that project managers can complete.
The form itself will link to Service Offerings in the form of a look up only (Drop down selectable) as well as containing many free text fields (details of the service being introduced, criticality etc)
I want the form to have tasks that can be assigned to other assignment groups as a notification that they have to go to the parent record to complete required information.
My question - Is the above approach advisable or are there other ways to standup this kind of service?

Hi
you describe the classical scenario for a custom application, and this is something where ServiceNow has its particular strengths.
Therefore, just do it.
