Hello everyone,
1) If one has to define critical business functionalities or critical components within ServiceNow application, how would start thinking before defining? Little bit of context - Organizations making decision to make ServiceNow as one of their Tier 1 application, which means the "Availability" is defined as 7x24x365 for the overall instance. But per industry there could be different business functionalities within ServiceNow which is more important and critical than the others , for an example DevOps module can be critical more than others OR some specific integrations may be more critical than all other remaining integrations. Yes list can be many. How do you define priority for those critical components ??
has anyone gone through OR going through this type of transformation in ServiceNow environment ?
2) Have you ever demonstrated DR drill for ServiceNow application. And what was your experience ?
