servicenow to Jira Integration

Hi All,  we are planning to build integration from ServiceNow to Jira. we have activated Jira spoke; I did not find Teams creation option on Jira action.  please help me how we can achieve this .

 

1. When the group created in ServiceNow , it has to create As team in ServiceNow .

 

 

I created Rest message; I am not finding proper URL for Team creation.

 

 

 

 

Please me guide me how to proceed on this

The Jira Spoke in ServiceNow is primarily designed for Jira issue and project management (creating issues, updating fields-- check the key features). It does not natively include actions to create Microsoft Teams channels or teams.

 

To get Create MS team channel feature,

You need to install Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke - Check the key feature.
