I went on vacation and didn't log into my dev instance for 10 days. The automated email says it was deleted yesterday, is it gone forever? I had built out some significant integrations.

There is no official support for PDI.
All we can do is wait.
Alternatively, you have no choice but to get a new instance.

@shibasou - no point waiting. It's gone, and there's been an email confirming that.

Hi @hyj0942391,
If you haven't logged in for 7 days, the PDI instance gets hibernated, and the data in it gets deleted, and there is no way to recover it from any support.
Keep it in mind from next time to remember to log in regularly and make sure to log in not less than 7 days.
Don't worry; you can request a new instance from your account. It often happens to every new user. 😉
If you find my answer useful, please mark it as helpful and correct. 😊

@SohamTipnis - 10 days, not 7, but otherwise correct.
