The user is on one domain and the visibility was given to another domain and he could not see incidents.and when i see the group has two roles. in which one role contains 4 roles, and when i add the user to the group. the user is getting only two roles. i guess there is some problem with inheriting roles.not sure.. can someone help me? iam using helsinki version of servicenow.

I had impression that roles are not domain separated so as ACL, that was the thing till Geneva alteast.
Please check if you are stating it correctly that roles are created in domain A....

What's the relationship between domain A & domain B? Are they separate domains or is B a child domain of A?
Like deepak.ingale mentioned, roles are global and not domain specific. If A & B are separate domains, the group and domain visibility needs to be in Domain A. If B is child of A, the group still needs to be in Domain A, but the visibility is inherited by parent/child.

In that case, Users of domain a have access to records in domain b. The group should be in domain a. Domain b could have it's own groups if needed.
