I have a Flow designer object (action) that updates the sc_req_item record.
On the request item side (after submission from Service Portal), I am getting duplicate Work Notes / Activity entries (with the same date-time stamp).
The Audit feature confirms the duplicates are in fact there (in the record). Out of the box fields and catalog variables are affected. I've checked all the BRs on the request, request item, and cat task. I have removed current.update().
Has anyone else seen this behavior and have a suggestion?
