Hello,
Is there a possibility to change the formatting of the "Comments and Work notes" in the incident form and in the notification mails ? For example we would like the mark a difference between "additional comments" and "work notes", perhaps by changing the font of "additional comment/work note" or by changing the underground color.

Part 1 is not needed if you are using part 2. That's why changing from a Journal List (the additional comments and work notes input) to the individual Journal input fields is important.
There is no formatting to be done on the Journal List section (part 1 in your diagram.)

Thanks for your quick answer but it is not what I'm looking for. There is a field "comments_and_work_notes" in the incident table. I wish to change the formatting of this field in the incident form and in the notification mails.

Hi Jean-Luc,
Can you be a bit more specific on what types of changes you are looking for? The layout of the activity formatter on the form is not modifiable by any supported means. Email notifications may be a different situation since you are in control of the output.
